Shibori Dyeing @ ACAD

Shibori is an ancient Japanese resist-dyeing technique that allows you to produce beautiful, indigo patterns on fabric. Create a series of samples, where you play with different binding, folding, twisting, stitching, and compressing techniques which result in very different patterns. Work with the pattern you like you best and dye a scarf. Some supplies are included in the fee. Please see your course supply list online. Be sure to come prepared for the first class.
